UPS TeamConnect Enterprise Custom Universe

May 2005 - Mosaic Consulting, Inc., a leading provider of consulting and technical services for the corporate legal environment, is pleased to have been chosen by UPS to build a completely customized Business Objects Universe for TeamConnect Enterprise to replace the Universe previously used. As with all Business Objects Universes developed by Mosaic, it was designed to ensure that the report writers for UPS can create meaningful reports with efficiency and effectiveness.

To accomplish this, the Universe was constructed to closely mimic the way that the information is organized in TeamConnect Enterprise, facilitating ease of use. It has enabled all levels of the UPS Legal Department to report information that is needed from operational to executive levels quickly and easily.
