ATLANTA, JULY 31, 2006 - Mosaic Consulting, Inc., a leading provider of consulting and technical services for the corporate legal environment, has begun Phase IV of The Home Depot’s legal digitization project. This phase will entail the implementation of new matter management system designs for the Real Estate and Credit Services practice groups. Additional services provided by Mosaic include the design and configuration of Business Object Universes and reports sets, as well as the conversion of data from each group’s legacy CLMS™ deployment to the newly configured TeamConnect Enterprise™ designs. The digitization project entails the migration of each practice area within the legal department from Mitratech’s Corporate Legal Management System (CLMS™) to Mitratech’s web-based TeamConnect Enterprise™ software platform. TeamConnect Enterprise™ is a robust enterprise knowledge and process management platform which enables organizations to manage complex business processes involving multiple resources, documents, events, and business workflows. TeamConnect’s™ flexibility enables Mosaic to fully customize every design to suit the unique workflow processes and informational needs of each department. Mosaic recently completed Phase III of the digitization project. This phase encompassed five practice groups: Commercial Litigation, Intellectual Property, Tax Compensation and Benefits and Corporate and Securities and International. Previous phases included implementations for the General Liability, Business Operations and Employment groups.
